What is a Sitter Session?

A sitter session, as the name suggests, is a photo shoot for babies who can confidently sit up unsupported, typically between 6 months and around 8 months of age. During this time, we begin to see a lot more of their personality. Babies at this stage are usually quite comfortable interacting with strangers—they haven’t yet developed shyness around people they don’t know. This openness allows them to engage joyfully in the session, enabling me to capture a range of wonderful expressions—from big gummy smiles to long, serious stares.

Wardrobe for Sitter Sessions

We have a small wardrobe for these sessions, but you are more than welcome to bring a selection of outfits to the session. Whether it’s something special or a favorite style, we’ll ensure your baby looks adorable and feels comfortable during the shoot.
